National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum Shipping Information
You are able to choose your shipping option during the checkout process.
The shipping options are as follows for shipping within the United States:
- Standard - 3-7 business days - Shipped with FedEx SmartPost
- Expedited - 2-4 business days - Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground
- Overnight - 1 business day - Shipped with FedEx or USPS Overnight
Shipping outside the United States varies based on the location and order value.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays with the majority of orders for in stock items shipped within one business day.
Weather can delay Expedited and Overnight shipping in rare cases. If weather delays a shipment, the carrier will not provide a refund, and we are unable to provide a refund.

Where can I ship my order?
We ship orders worldwide including to P.O. Boxes. You can also have an order shipped directly to a friend or family member by entering their address at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Members of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum at the Hall of Famer Level and above receive free shipping on all orders. Become a Member at this link.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and shipping speed depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Items containing any pre-order items ship when all items are in stock. The expected delivery date for pre-order items are listed on the product page. Please note that these are expected dates and are subject to manufacturer delays.
Can I check the order status or track the shipping?
You can check your order status any time after it's placed and you will receive an email with the tracking information when your order ships.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
