  • This is the only authorized card set to celebrate the 1924 Negro Leagues World Series. The set contains 67 cards designed and created by four artists: Brian Kong (33 cards), Jeff Suntala (14 cards), Mike Kupka (4 cards), and Darryl Mathews (2 cards). There are also 10 box score cards, a checklist, and three miscellaneous cards.
  • The set is a limited edition of only 10,000. A bonus card based on a painting by Graig Kreindler has been inserted in 2,500 of the sets.
